About the calculator: This calculator was developed for the conversion of urine protein-creatinine to albumin-creatinine ratio (ACR) for use in CKD risk equations. ACR was estimated using linear regression of log-ACR on log-PCR using data from 94,218 individuals from the CKD Prognosis Consortium with same day measures of urine ACR and PCR or urine ACR and dipstick. Estimates are from an adjusted model using sex, diabetes, and hypertension, and a crude model that is based only on the protein creatinine value.
